Completion of borehole and ground facilities, and installation of monitoring instruments and submergible pumps

Wells and monitoring holes are completed to cement the outside of casing pipes and to insert strainer pipes for long-term use, although exploration and survey boreholes are disposed after finishing. In addition, we complete treatments to the top of hole and supports to build a small house featuring various facilities such as control, record and transfer units. We use proprietary equipment for special requests for cleaning a hole, cementing and so on.

We help install a monitoring instrument and a submergible pump into a hole. Of particular note is the installation of innovative monitoring instruments tracking crustal movements developed by the Tono Research Institute of Earthquake Science into deep boreholes, undertaken together with the institute, the manufactures and so on by using a special winch for long cables of 2,000 meters.
